About Us

Speed, care and local coordination

Americas Relief Network was created to respond to humanitarian needs with speed, care, and local coordination. The organization focuses on delivering practical support to communities facing hardship, beginning with urgent relief efforts and growing over time into a broader platform for service, partnership, and impact.

The organization serves as an umbrella for multiple programs aligned with its mission. Its current focus is rapid-response humanitarian assistance, with the flexibility to expand into additional initiatives as needs evolve across the Americas.

What makes Americas Relief Network different is its community-based approach. The organization works with local volunteers and trusted contacts who understand the realities on the ground, allowing aid to reach people and areas that are often overlooked. Through direct coordination, documented delivery, and a strong commitment to accountability, Americas Relief Network seeks to turn compassion into meaningful action.

Americas Relief Network’s mission is to bring peace and happiness to the mind and heart of every person by providing rapid-response humanitarian aid to vulnerable communities across the Americas, addressing urgent basic needs and helping people build safer, healthier, and more dignified lives.

Our Vision

We envision a future where underserved communities across the Americas receive timely, effective, and compassionate support, especially in places where traditional systems, media attention, and large-scale aid often do not reach.

Irma Coro BorjasExecutive Director, Board Member

Irma Coro Borjas is a longstanding and respected member of the Gainesville, Florida community, known for years of continuous and selfless service to the people around her. She brings that same commitment to the day-to-day work of Americas Relief Network.

Americas Relief Network was founded out of a deep sense of urgency to help communities facing severe hardship, especially vulnerable children, youth, women, and older adults. Before the organization was formally established, its founder was already coordinating small-scale humanitarian support, including the shipment of medicines and other essential supplies through trusted delivery channels and local community contacts.

Driven by both compassion and practical action, the founder’s goal is to build an organization that responds quickly, operates responsibly, and reaches people with real needs in places where help is limited.

Today that work is carried by a team, not one person: an executive director accountable to a board of directors, together with volunteers and trusted local contacts across the Americas.
