What brings us together

An afternoon when the light comes from the people

In many traditions across the world, communities gather as the season turns and light small lamps together. The meaning is the same everywhere: light that is shared multiplies, and nobody should face the dark alone.

That is the spirit of this afternoon. We are not asking you to bring anything but yourself, a dish to share if you can, and the willingness to meet a neighbour you had not met yet.

Bring a dish, bring your family, bring your music. Everything else — the games, the dancing, the conversations and the prizes — we take care of.

The program

Everything happening that afternoon
